Ingredients:
3-4 hearts of romaine, split in half lengthwise
Homemade mayo
Worcestershire sauce
Parmesan cheese
Croutons

Method:
1. In a blender, prepare your mayo: slowly add 1 raw, room temperature egg yolk to 1 tablespoon vinegar while pulsing the blender. Slowly pour in about 2 cups of oil through the whole in the lid while continuing to pulse. Blend until thick and creamy!
2. For the wasabi caesar dressing, mix in Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, Wasabi powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Smoke romaine hearts over fire until warm and tender. 4. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, croutons, and nutritional yeast.
