to some of our key features of our Shipping Policy

and announce some exciting new upgrades!

First, the updates:

We now offer FedEx shipping!!!

Recent events have highlighted the importance of choices and options in our delivery chain. Thus, we are excited to announce that we are now offering FedEx as a primary shipping service! And double good news is that this is now one of our least expensive shipping options!

Thus, we now have FedEx, UPS, or USPS as shipping options!

You can choose the shipping service that is best suited to your preferences and location! (Please be aware that while both FedEx and UPS are offered as shipping options on EVERY order, we cannot ship 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide via USPS - therefore, any order that contains 35% FGHP will not see USPS as a shipping option at checkout.)

We ARE shipping all products!

We are living in unprecedented times, and even our established organization has experienced some disruptions in our supply chain. At this time, we have full inventory and are shipping all orders on time. Of course we do not know what the future holds, and some products like 35% FGHP are getting harder, more expensive, and rarer to find - we suggest you too stock up while you can!

UPS and Teamsters reached an agreement! You may have heard about a potential labor strike at UPS. According to our UPS account manager, at this time UPS and Teamsters have reached a new 5 year agreement so the strike will NOT commence on August 1. While it will still take a few more weeks to ratify the agreement, business will continue as usual at UPS.

Second, key features of our Shipping Policy:

We guarantee to process and ship within our disclosed window for Standard, Express, and 2 Day options, but we are not responsible for delivering your package.

Please use the tracking # we provide in your shipping confirmation email to contact the delivery service for updates on your package after it leaves our facility. You can easily track your package via FedEx.com, UPS.com, or USPS.com!

Any order that contains 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground / Home Delivery and cannot go by air.

Nor can we ship this product via USPS or send to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free or discounted shipping on 35% FGHP.

Our shipping cost for this product is the real cost to us for shipping and handling, because this item is relatively heavy, bulky, volatile, and must be packaged and shipped in accordance with many regulations.
