Healing Herbs

Our abundant, aromatic, lush, lovely, delicious, and delightful herbs have potent healing properties, and we want to share our incredible harvest with you!
This season, we have an abundance of dill and parsley!

Both of these herbs are members of the Apiaceae family, which also includes cumin, carrots, celery, and anise.

Dill (Anethum graveolens) is native to the Mediterranean region and southeastern Europe. The leaves, thin stems, immature flowers, and seeds are edible! Its flavor is classic in pickles, or used to season fish, soups, salads, and the wonderfully staple American condiment known as Ranch dressing.

Parsley, which has the scientific name Petroselinum crispum, is also native to the Mediterranean region. It is used extensively worldwide as a flavor agent and go-to garnish!
