Mouthgasmic RECIPES from the Garden
Dry cure the steaks: liberally sprinkle both sides of steaks with Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, garlic and wasabi powders. Place on a rack and into the fridge for 24-72 hours. Mix wasabi powder with butter at least 30 minutes before taking steaks out of the fridge.
Bring the steaks to room temperature.
Grill steaks, basting generously with wasabi butter as it cooks to your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from grill, and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting into it.
