Treat yourself to a fresh air Sunday afternoon party. Music, cocktails, buffets of amazing food, our own original outdoor cooking theater, and even a raffle! Beginning late morning to mid-afternoon, enjoy some wine and spirits while visiting with our community and other guests.
Of course, you will want to continuously graze the buffet as our chef regularly adds new dishes during the event. We begin with our own Garden of Eden Salad, served with an original and ample topping bar, a buffet of crunchy munchy things, dips, and sauces. Load up your plate with our own special scrambled eggs, classic breakfast meats, beans, fried potatoes, soup and gourmet french toast, waffles or pancakes slathered in our homemade syrup. Don’t get too full because we also offer a substantial dessert!
Fresh Garden Salad and Topping Bar
Shock your palate with the true and surprising flavors of a large variety of fresh greens in your own beyond organic salad. Enjoy with a plethora of other vegetables, herbs and artisan salad surprises, including homemade artisan vinegars from our Uber Dank Pantry and a variety of handcrafted dressings. Every bite is a unique experience of its own, as diners are wowed by the intensity and different flavors of green, and individual bite combinations!

Whether we cook up pintos, blackies, lentils, garbanzos or something else, they are always made with freshly harvested herbs from our organic garden, onions, garlic and peppers to perfection.

Our chef arises early to harvest both wild and cultivated edible greens, herbs and sweet onions because this is when they are their tastiest. The flavor is gratifying when folded into lightly scrambled eggs and smothered with melted cheeses.
