Multiple shipping options available!

We offer FedEx and UPS delivery on all orders! We also offer USPS as on option on many but not all orders, because we cannot ship any packages with 35% FGHP through USPS due to federal regulations.

Please be aware that while FedEx and UPS costs are higher than USPS, these are the real costs we incur for shipping & handling for the given service. Shipping costs cannot be discounted, but we do offer savings by other means in the form of coupons, bulk discounts, and bundle pack deals.

will be processed & sent out within 3 business days, plus ground transit time. Total STANDARD SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 5-8 business days. Available on all orders sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

will be processed & sent out within 1 business day, plus ground transit time. Total EXPRESS SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 3-4 business days. Available on all orders sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING orders received during business hours will be processed and sent out same day. Orders after 4 pm and on weekends will be processed and sent on the next business day. Available only on orders sent via USPS. (This option is not available for orders containing 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, as this product cannot be sent via air transport due to federal regulations.)

will be processed & sent out within 5 business days, plus transit time. Total INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 12-15 business days. Any duties, fees, taxes etc. levied on the package when it passes through customs in your country will be your responsibility. Please track your package using the tracking info we provide in your shipping confirmation email to stay aware of its location and any potential delays. (Due to international shipping regulations, we cannot send 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide overseas; we offer 8% FGHP as a suitable alternative that can be used for the exact same intents and purposes, and this lower concentration can be sent overseas because it is not subject to the same regulations.)

can be arranged if you are in our area to bypass shipping costs. This is an option that you can select through online checkout if you want to pay via credit or debit card, or you can contact us if you prefer to pay for your local pick up order via other means.

Be aware that we are not a regular storefront open to the public, so pick up time must be scheduled. Please let us know ASAP if your scheduled ETA changes, and give us at least 30 minutes notice when you are actually on your way to your confirmed pick up appointment via call or text to 817-330-4118. 

We automatically send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to the email address you entered at checkout after your order has been processed. Use this tracking number to track your package at Fedex.com, USPS.com, or UPS.com as it heads towards you! 

We guarantee to process and ship within our disclosed processing windows for STANDARD, EXPRESS, and OVERNIGHT options, but we are not responsible for delivering your package. After processing, we cannot control any element of the delivery pipeline once your package leaves our location, so you will be responsible to take up any issues directly with the delivery service by using the tracking number we send you. 

IF you do not receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking number, and you have #1 verified the email address you entered at checkout is correct, and #2 checked all folders in your email for the shipping confirmation, then contact us ASAP. Unreasonable delays in contacting us about this matter may make your package ineligible for refund or return. (See our full Refund Policy HERE.)

We do not have the means to manually track every single package once it leaves our facility, so we are unaware of issues unless they are brought to our attention.

are Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM CST. Orders placed after 4 PM Monday - Friday or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

are calculated based on the weight and size of your package. Shipping for 35% FGHP is relatively pricey, and we cannot offer free shipping on this product. It is our real cost for shipping and handling, as this product is extremely volatile and must be packaged with care, consideration, and in alignment with numerous regulations.

You will receive an order confirmation email with details including your order number shortly after placing your order. Please check it to make sure all details are correct, and that you included relevant info like apartment or suite number.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email after your order has been processed which will include your tracking number. Use your tracking number to track your order at FedEx.com, UPS.com, or USPS.com, depending on which service you chose at checkout.

Please make sure to enter your email address correctly at checkout. If you do not see these confirmations in your inbox, carefully check your spam, junk, and other folders for these automatic emails as some email services filter them elsewhere. Confirmation emails will come from High Vibe Health from The Garden of Eden at gardenofedenvortex@gmail.com. Be sure to add us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive future communications from us.

Please contact us immediately to correct it! We can update your address with the correct info before we send your order out for delivery. 

However, we cannot change your address or redirect the package in any way once we send it out for delivery. If your package is returned to us or is undeliverable due to incorrect address, you will incur extra shipping charges to send it again.

35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide:

  • Is such a highly concentrated chemical that it is subject to federal and international shipping regulations.
  • Cannot be sent via air transport.
  • Must be sent via FedEx or UPS Ground / Home delivery.
  • Cannot be sent via USPS.
  • Cannot be sent to a PO Box, even if it is delivered by FedEx or UPS.
  • Cannot be sent to a military base.
  • Can only be sent to the contiguous US and cannot be sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories.
  • Cannot be sent internationally.

Per federal law, we cannot send 35% FGHP overseas, so we offer 8% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for international orders instead, as this product can be shipped overseas and can be used for the exact same intents and purposes by using different dilution ratios - see our hydrogen peroxide page for separate dilution charts on both concentrations.

even if you select FedEx or UPS at checkout. If you enter this info for your shipping address, IT IS GOING TO DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT until you confirm a correct street address! 

And no we are not going to assume that we can just take off the PO Box number and use the street address instead (if you provided one), because sometimes customers elect to change their shipping address completely if they can't receive the package at their PO Box. 

We don't want to send the valuable items you paid for to the wrong place, or for you to incur extra shipping charges to send again if your package is returned to us or is undeliverable due to incorrect address.

You will have to confirm your real street address for shipping before we can continue processing your order.

Per our Refund Policy, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery if there are any discrepancies in the order you received. Only claims received during this 14 day window will be considered for refund or return. Returned orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

IF FedEx, UPS, or USPS service keeps your package at one of their locations for you to pick up because you were unavailable to receive delivery, your order is ineligible for refund on the grounds that you did not pick it up in a timely manner or do not pick it up at all. We automatically provide your tracking number, and it is your responsibility to take note of where your package is in the delivery pipeline. If your package is held at a location, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery service to obtain it.


It seems like the world is facing more and more unprecedented situations on a more and more regular basis these days. Please be aware that in recent years we have seen supply and delivery chain disruptions due to severe weather, economic, and political conditions, and at times these have caused some minor delays in our order fulfillment. 

WE PROMISE TO CONTINUE PROCESSING ALL ORDERS ACCORDING TO OUR DISCLOSED PRACTICES, but we cannot speak for the delivery services FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Our estimated delivery windows include processing and transit times, and they are our best estimates for your delivery given our most current data and experience. 

Please allow a few extra transit days for potential leeway on shipments. Please also take this into consideration when deciding how much of any product to order at a given time; we highly encourage people to stock up for themselves and their loved ones during these uncertain times, as no one knows what the future brings.
