100% Gum Spirits of Turpentine

Stack 3 sugar cubes on top of each other on a plate.

Drop one teaspoon of 100% Pure Gum Spirits of Turpentine over your sugar cube stack.

You want to saturate the sugar cubes without getting a puddle of it on the plate.

Chew and swallow the sugar cubes. 

The sugar is used to attract candida, but it will kill them as it is laced with 100% Pure Gum Spirits of Turpentine. This should be the only sugar you consume during the protocol!

Take this dose once a day for 4 days, then take 3 days off, for a total of 3 weeks.  

If you still test positive for candida, extend the protocol week by week until you test negative per the spit test described above.

Be sure to follow the anti-candida diet at least during your ON days! 

*Note that this is exactly how we followed the protocol, and our entirecommunity tested negative within 3-5 weeks. You may enjoy faster results if you opt for fewer or even no days off until you test negative. Self medication is always up to you! 

To gently build up, start by giving the child 3 drops of turpentine in a cup of water 3 times a day (upon waking, in the afternoon, and before bed).

Children can get more intense die off symptoms because they are smaller. You will notice these flu-like symptoms within 3 hours. If symptoms do present, wait until the next day to give the child another dose.

If there are no die-off symptoms, increase the dose to 4 drops in a cup of water 3 times a day, and continue increasing until you are at 7 drops in a cup of water 3 times a day.

Stick to 7 drops in a cup of water 3 times a day for a week, then you can switch to the sugar method. 

When you switch to the sugar method, start with 1/16th to 1/8th teaspoon of turpentine mixed with an equal part of loose table sugar (sugar cubes will not be completely saturated with this small volume and are not appropriate).

100% Gum Spirits of Turpentine have a delicious piney aroma and flavor and an oily texture. 

Taking it internally may make your poo smell like pine trees too!

A note about using sugar cubes: this should be the only sugar you consume during the protocol, and in this case the sugar acts as bait for candida. 

They will be attracted to and consume sugar, but it will kill them because it is laced with 100% Gum Spirits of Turpentine! The rest of the candida population responds to the threat of poison in their environment and will hightail it out of the body. This is why it is so important to prepare the body before starting the protocol to make sure your elimination systems are functioning properly! 

It is very helpful to wash your mouth a couple times a day, because lots of candida normally lives in the mouth. 

Not to mention you might notice even more plaque on your tongue than normal as your body detoxes heavily during the cleanse (see the next tip)!

We use our high quality 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide diluted with distilled water as a mouthwash; it's perfect for the job. You can also consume a diluted version of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for more added health benefits during and after a candida cleanse.   

Scrape your tongue daily to remove excess candida as you continue detoxing. 

The tongue and oral tissues naturally excrete a variety of compounds, and that plaque you see on your tongue is one of the body's natural methods for elimination and detoxification! Upon waking and before bed are the best times for tongue scraping. 

Tongue scraping is a habit that is worthwhile to continue after your cleanse as a standard part of your daily oral health routine. The flat edge of a spoon or butter knife serve as suitable tongue scrapers if you do not have a dedicated tongue scraper tool. 

Candida has a built-in natural defense mechanism: biofilm. Sodium bicarbonate is the most effective offense to destroy biofilm!

This organic "shield" makes it difficult for many anti-candida supplements and compounds to properly penetrate the community of candida organisms that live in your GI tract. Biofilm is one reason that most standard candida treatments are extremely hard, take a very long time, or fail completely.

Amongst its numerous incredible health benefits, sodium bicarbonate is the ultimate supplement to break up biofilm! It can make your cleanse faster and easier. You can take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in a cup of water first thing in the morning, which will make the candida's biofilm much more permeable for 100% Gum Spirits of Turpentine to get in there and do its work most effectively. 

You may also take a drop or few of high quality Colloidal Silver before bed to help kill off candida and other parasites. 

It's a great boost to take every day, but especially in a parasite cleanse!

Die-off symptoms are common as the candida population dies. 

This is very normal, and while you may temporarily feel worse as if you have the flu for a few hours or potentially during the first few days, it is actually a sign that candida, parasites, and other "bad" microbes are dying and spilling open their toxic contents into your system. This is another reason it is so important to make sure your elimination channels are open and active! Drink plenty of clean, quality water.

We also highly recommend investing in some inexpensive Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. You can take a heaping tablespoon of this naturally occurring powder to a cup of water first thing in the morning, right along with your sodium bicarbonate if you like. Diatomaceous earth binds to toxins and "cut up" parasites to help flush them from the body.
