Spiced Hibiscus Tea
Mouthgasmic RECIPES from the Garden
This is a wonderful, relaxing, and beneficial beverage. We suggest enjoying it before bed or in your rejuvenating detox bath!

Ingredients:
- Clean, filtered water (we recommend installing this RO filter under your kitchen sink to have high quality drinking water on hand at all times)
- Dried hibiscus
- Cinnamon stick
- 5-7 cloves
- Raw honey
- Splash of lime, pineapple, and/or orange juice (optional)
Method:
1. Steep dried hibiscus in hot water until pink-red.
2. Add honey and juice(s) to desired taste.
3. Can be enjoyed hot or iced.
