Pumpkin Spice Coconut Date Balls

These sweet, fruity, spiced date balls are a cinch to pull together. Keep a stash in a sealed container on the counter, in the fridge, or stock the freezer for a quick and easy, energizing snack or healthy sweet treat dessert!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pecans, walnuts,
and/or flax or chia seeds OR almond butter - 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup Spiced Date Spread
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly.
2. You can add more nuts, coconut, or oatmeal if it is too moist.
3. Roll into roughly 1 inch balls. Can be rolled in coconut or nuts if you like! Refrigerate on a baking sheet for about an hour, then store in a Tupperware for easy snacking!
