Meatloaf
Mouthgasmic RECIPES from the Garden
There's a reason it's a classic! We tweak our meatloaf to our taste with a few staples from our über dank pantry.

Ingredients:
- ½ c Kimchi Sriracha Ketchup
- ½ c packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
- ½ tsp ground Guajillo chile
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef, pork, or a mix
- 1 ½ c crushed crackers, croutons, or bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- ¼ c milk
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp The ALL Mighty Herbal Medley
Method:
1. Stir ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and Guajillo chile powder together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Mix ground beef; crushed crackers, croutons, or bread crumbs; onion; eggs; milk; black pepper; garlic powder; and The ALL together in a large bowl.
3. Shape into a loaf and put into an oiled 9 x 5 pan. Spread the ketchup mixture over the loaf.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
5. Serve with extra Kimchi Sriracha Ketchup!
