Elote, AKA Mexican Street Corn

Corn on the cob is made even more delicious with the addition of some fun and flavorful toppings! Use some staples from our über dank pantry to customize your cob.

Ingredients:
- Corn on the cob
- Homemade mayo
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Himalayan pink salt
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Crumbled cotija, parmesan cheese, or nutritional yeast
- Squeeze of lime
Method:
1. Roast, grill, or steam corn on the cob.
2. Slather ears of corn with homemade mayo.
3. Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste.
4. Roll in cojita, parmesan cheese, or nutritional yeast.
5. Squeeze on lime, and enjoy while hot!
