Breakfast Tacos

Method:

  1. Beat eggs with cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, paprika, and pink salt.
  2. Cook eggs over low to medium heat, scrambling to desired doneness.
  3. Heat rice & beans, and set aside to keep warm.
  4. Heat tortillas gently, and keep covered while you assemble breakfast tacos.
  5. Add a scoop of rice & beans on top of a tortilla, and layer with scrambled eggs, slice of bacon, greens of your choice, and any and all garnishes you desire!
