The brown bottle of hydrogen peroxide you find at drugstores has a concentration of 3%. While you can dilute it, you can't make it any stronger. It's great for topical uses, but is not safe to ingest as it contains stabilizers and other compounds.

Athlete's foot or tinea pedis is a contagious fungal infection that causes a scaly, red, and sometimes painful or itchy rash, blisters, or ulcers on the skin of the feet. It often begins between the toes. It often occurs in people who have been sweating a lot in tight fitting shoes, hence the name athlete's foot. It is caused by a fungus very similar to ringworm.
Thankfully, it's very easy to treat with hydrogen peroxide!
Here's how to use 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to heal athlete's foot:
Dilute 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in a ratio of 1 and 1/4 cups hydrogen peroxide to 14 and 3/4 cups water to make 1 gallon.
Soak feet for 10-20 minutes.
Repeat nightly as needed until the condition clears.
Allow the feet to breathe regularly by removing shoes and changing socks after sweating. Walk barefoot on the Earth as much as possible!
