Extras to Incorporate in a Mercury Detox: I Put the Coffee Where?!?! ☕ + 💩 = ⚕️

We are publishing a series on mercury detox that can greatly improve health and potentially save your life or the lives of your loved ones!

While there are many ways to detox, we offer an easy, natural protocol that we have first-hand success with! Take a moment to read through our most recent articles if you haven't already:

While we offer many suggestions to include in a detox protocol, there are plenty of extra things that may help you clean as much garbage out of your body as possible in the least amount of time. It's important to do your own research and tune into your own body!

Today, we'll share some of these extras you might want to add for an effective detox:

Infrared Saunas

There are a few different types of infrared saunas depending on the wavelengths they emit: Near, Mid, and Far. Each has a different effect on the body. The Near saunas get far too hot to be used like a traditional sauna, so you have to sit on a stool and turn your body at set times, which might not be appealing to someone who just wants to relax.

Mid infrared saunas' wavelengths go deeper into the body tissue so offer better health benefits than Near Infrared, such as better blood flow.

For the value and health benefits, many people opt for a Far Infrared Sauna. This type of infrared will give you the deepest tissue penetration to detoxify and pull the largest amount of toxins out through your skin. It is a great way of getting "passive" aerobic benefits. *Warning - yes infrared is a form of radiation. If you are EMF sensitive or heavily toxic from metals like mercury, you want to start out very slow - only about 5 minutes, and you can add a minute each day until you hit your max.

Ionic Detox Foot Spa

This is a very interesting piece of equipment, and if you do some research you will find people are split on the effectiveness of it: some people swear by them, giving lots of testimonials about how much it has helped them. Others say that the color of the water always looks the same and these things do nothing at all.

From the research we have done here at GoE, the science behind them looks rather promising. The idea is very basic: if you introduce more negative ions into the body to help the cell walls normalize, then they will function better to absorb nutrients and remove toxins. Since they exist all over in nature, there are many ways to expose your body to negative ions: mountains, parks, waterfalls, water fountains, in some cases even your shower, springs, beaches and moving surfs, forests (pine especially), moving air/wind, even the dirt and being in contact with the ground!

Either way, if you are interested in checking them out make sure you look into both sides of the debate before making your decision. Links are in the reference section below. Coffee Enemas

Now this may sound very silly to some people, but there is a long history of coffee enemas being used in the healing process of the body, dating all the way back to World War I when it was discovered as a pain reliever and seemed to allow the soldiers to heal faster.  For more information, read this PDF.

Some of our Eden Knights here at the GoE have their own personal success stories using coffee enemas to help clear the colon. Basically, the idea is that the coffee stimulates the liver to dump toxins and the enema helps to clear those toxins and the colon at the same time.

Of course you wouldn't do this with any old brand of coffee off the store shelf; most of those are heavily loaded with chemicals  and other pesticides that you would not want to introduce into such a delicate area of the body. One other thing to be aware of is that if you are forcing the body to eliminate, you could be pulling good flora as well as the bad stuff out.

If you are interested in a recommendation, here is a great brand used for many years and many times: http://amzn.to/2Cp9n4j

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

This is another alternative method of healing with mixed reviews. It is no doubt the body needs oxygen to exist, and a well oxygenated body functions much better than a poorly oxygenated one, which in turn helps all processes including detox.

However, there is some debate about people with heavy metal poisoning using this method since it does cause oxidation. Usually there is plenty of that already happening in this group of people. It has been used in many other types of illness though with great success; so like every other type of medicine, there are factors to consider before trying this therapy. Do your research and gauge your level of illness before you start!

You could also use an oxygen tank, which is much less expensive, but the easiest and most cost effective way to oxygenate the body we have found is with 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Some of us have had great success with 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for almost 2 decades!

There are many more options of course, and as you research you may find clay, zeolite, activated charcoal, diatomaceous earth, and others to be best suited for you.

These are just a few of the top alternative treatments you can add to your regimen for detoxification. We are glad to share our wisdom & experience with you, and always wish you happy healing!

We hope this will inspire you to do additional research and work towards the best possible health for yourself!
