Our proceeds go towards feeding, housing, educating, and healing those

Shipping Policy

UPDATE: We now offer FedEx shipping!

Recent events have highlighted the importance of choices and options. Thus, we are excited to announce that we are now offering FedEx as a primary shipping service!


WE ARE SHIPPING ALL PRODUCTS!!

Please note that while our delivery service has thus far been reliable and timely, we have recently received a very limited number of reports of minor delays on shipments in which orders are delivered a few to several days past estimated times.

Be aware that USPS and UPS are facing challenges we have not seen before, so orders placed through these services *may* take longer than estimated to be delivered. Thus, we are now offering FedEx and USPS delivery on all orders! (FYI we cannot offer USPS on all orders, as we can't ship 35% FGHP through USPS.)

If you are concerned with the current post office or UPS situation, we highly encourage you to select FedEx as a shipping option on checkout. Please also be aware that while FedEx and UPS costs are significantly higher than USPS, these are the real costs we incur for shipping & handling for the given service.

We guarantee to process and ship within our disclosed window for Standard, Express, and 2 Day (aka Overnight) options, but we are not responsible for delivering your package. Please use the tracking # we provide in your shipping confirmation email to contact the delivery service for updates on your package after it leaves our facility.

We cannot control any element of the delivery pipeline after processing, so you will be responsible to take up any issues directly with the delivery service by using the tracking number we automatically provide for you after processing.

IF you do not receive tracking info after our processing time for your selected shipping option, then contact us ASAP. We do not have the means to manually track every package once it leaves our facility, so we are unaware of issues unless you bring them to our attention!

WE PROMISE TO CONTINUE PROCESSING ALL ORDERS ACCORDING TO OUR DISCLOSED PRACTICES, but we cannot speak for FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Our delivery windows are our best estimates given the most current data and experience.

For these reasons, please allow a few extra days for potential leeway on both standard and express shipments as the world adjusts to this unprecedented situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our small operation works our hardest to provide for as many people as possible during this never-before-seen situation!


We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs!

  • STANDARD SHIPPING will be processed & sent out within 3 business days, plus ground delivery time. Total STANDARD SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 5-8 business days.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING will be processed & sent out within 1 business day, plus ground delivery time. Total EXPRESS SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 3-4 business days.
  • 2 BUSINESS DAY (aka 2 DAY, aka OVERNIGHT) delivery from our door to yours is also available for any order that does not include 35% FGHP. This 2 DAY delivery will be processed during business hours and sent out same day. Orders after 4 pm and on weekends will be processed and sent on the next business day. (This option is not available for orders containing 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, as this product cannot be sent via air transport.)
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will be processed & sent out within 5 business days, plus delivery time. Total INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING from our door to yours is estimated 12-15 business days. Any duties, fees, taxes etc. levied on the package when it passes through customs in your country will be your responsibility. Please track your package using the tracking info we provide in your shipping confirmation email to stay aware of its location and any potential delays. (Due to international shipping regulations, we cannot send 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide overseas; we offer 8% FGHP as an alternative that can be used for the exact same intents and purposes and can be sent overseas!)
  • IF you do not receive the tracking info we automatically provide after our guaranteed processing time for your selected shipping option, then contact us ASAP. We do not have the means to manually track every package once it leaves our facility, so we are unaware of issues unless you bring them to our attention! Unreasonable delays in contacting us about this matter may make your package ineligible for refund or return.
  • We can also arrange for local pick up if you are in our area to bypass shipping costs. This is an option that you can select at online checkout!

FYI:

  • Business days are Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM CST. Orders placed after 4 PM Monday - Friday or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
  • Any order that contains 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground / Home Delivery and cannot go by air. All other orders that do not contain this product can be shipped via your choice of FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • Again, any order that contains 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground / Home Delivery and cannot go by air or USPS.
  • 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide cannot be shipped overseas due to international shipping regulations. We offer 8% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for international orders, which can be shipped internationally and can be used for the exact same intents and purposes by using different dilution ratios - see our hydrogen peroxide page for dilution charts for both concentrations!
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your package.
  • Shipping for 35% FGHP is somewhat pricey, and we cannot offer free shipping on this product. It is our real cost for shipping and handling, as this product is extremely volatile and must be packaged with care, consideration, and in alignment with numerous regulations.
  • Your order's tracking number which will be automatically emailed to you after your order has been processed.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with details including your order number shortly after placing your order. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email after your order has been processed which will include your tracking number. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly at checkout, and carefully check your spam/junk folders for these updates just in case you have not added us to your safe senders list and don't see these emails in your inbox! Confirmation emails will come from High Vibe Health from The Garden of Eden at gardenofedenvortex@gmail.com.
  • Use your tracking number to track your order! Depending on which shipping service you chose at checkout, you can track your order at FedEx.com, UPS.com, or USPS.com to track your order.
  • If you notice that your address is incorrect, contact us immediately to correct it. We can update your address with the correct info before we send your order out for delivery. However, we cannot change your address or redirect the package in any way once we send it out for delivery. If your package is returned to us or is undeliverable due to incorrect address, you will incur extra shipping charges to send it again.
  • From time to time, our shipping software flags an address as "unverified". We will contact you if this happens, and we will not ship your package until we confirm your address to avoid extra shipping charges. Please note that this may add more time to your estimated delivery window. This may happen if you overlooked entering an apartment or suite number, for example.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses for FedEx or UPS orders. If you enter this info for your shipping address, IT IS GOING TO DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT until we verify a real street address!***
  • Be aware that ALL orders that contain 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide are shipped via FedEx or UPS, thus again we cannot ship 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to a PO Box, military address, or overseas.
  • ***Once more: submitting a PO Box as shipping address for any order that contains 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT until you update us with a street address for delivery.***
  • Per our Refund Policy, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery if there are any discrepancies in the order you received. Once outside this window, orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • IF FedEx, UPS, or USPS service keeps your package at one of their locations for you to pick up because you were unavailable to receive delivery, your order is ineligible for refund on the grounds that you did not or do not pick it up. We provide the tracking number, so it is your responsibility to take note of where your package is in the delivery pipeline. If your package is held at a location, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery service to obtain it.


WEATHER DISCLAIMER

Due to the high heat wave moving through the country at this time, it is possible that the bottle(s) of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide you ordered may be a bit puffy from product expansion when you receive it.

It is nothing to worry about as it is a natural property of hydrogen peroxide to emit oxygen gas, but we advise opening it slowly - you might hear a slight “hiss”, similar to when you would open a kombucha or soda bottle.

However, if this is a concern for you, we suggest either waiting a few months to order until the weather is cooler, or you can contact us to discuss the option of very expensive refrigerated shipping.

Realistically though, we recommend stocking up as soon as possible, for multiple reasons.
