Protein is an important nutrient, especially when hiking or facing a survival situation!

Our thinly sliced ROAST BEEF is a great product to keep on hand. With all moisture removed through the freeze drying method, it is light weight enough to take camping, but so well preserved that it could last for many years!

We suggest trying a small piece right out of the bag - we cooked it before freeze drying it, and you might enjoy it as a tasty treat! We find these thinly sliced, crispy, salty meats are a delicious take on chips!

Great snack for hiking and camping, in a survival situation, or you can rehydrate it in hot water for 10-30 minutes to enjoy in its original form.

Each zipper-seal package contains approximately 2 oz of freeze dried thin sliced roast beef.
