This is BEYOND ORGANIC EPIC MINT TEA BLEND a mix of ALL of our seasonal home-grown and hand-harvested mints from the Garden of Eden: English mint, lemon mint, spearmint, and chocolate mint! 


Can be used for cooking, or add to a warm bath for aromatherapy and healing!


Mints are powerful healers. Humans through history have used the herb to soothe indigestion, upset stomach, and irritable bowl. Mint contains phytonutrients called monoterpenes that have been scientifically proven to stop the growth of tumors. Mint oils kill strains of bacteria and fungus. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are beneficial to respiratory disorders. 


For tea, simply steep 1 gram of leaves in 6-8 ounces of hot water.
