Mouthgasmic RECIPES from the Garden
2 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
½ t cayenne pepper
2 T olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 c chopped veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, tomatoes, and spinach
Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or feta)
Green onions or parsley
1. Beat eggs with spices. 2. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet. Add onion and cook until softened.
3. Add other veggies, cheese, and eggs. Bake until set.
4. Sprinkle with green onions or parsley and nutritional yeast. Serve with a fresh green salad!
