RECIPES from the Garden

Ingredients for nice cream:
Frozen banana chunks
Cacao powder
Smooth roasted organic almond butter
Coconut or almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
100% organic blue agave, raw honey, or spiced date spread (optional)
Ingredients for parfait layers:
Strawberries, sliced and drizzled with raw honey
Cubed or crumbled cake, brownies, or Flourless Almond Butter Pumpkin Blondies
Whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy), sweetened with raw honey or agave
Garnishes (optional): strawberries, dried cherries or cranberries, pinch of Himalayan pink salt, dash of cayenne, sprig of mint or lemon balm, whipped cream
Method:
Blend all ingredients for ice cream, pour into a covered dish, and freeze.
In a tall, pretty glass, layer scoops of frozen nice cream; juicy berries; whipped cream; and cake, brownies, or Flourless Almond Butter Pumpkin Blondies.
Top with garnishes, and serve immediately with a long spoon!
