Mexican Burger

RECIPES from the Garden



1. Gently mix ground beef or bison with garlic powder, Himalayan pink salt, and ground black pepper, cumin, and cayenne, and form into patties. Set aside.

2. Caramelize onions in oil with Himalayan pink salt, and ground black pepper.

3. Grill burger patties to desired doneness.

5. Lay one burger patty on top of a toasted bun schmeared with desired condiments, and top with lettuce, Dank Guac, Kimchi Sriracha Ketchup, sliced onions, fried eggs, pico de gallo, and cilantro.

6. Top the burger with other slice of the toasted bun, and feast away!
