Butter or oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Garnishes (optional): sliced lemon, fresh parsley
Melt butter or heat oil in skillet.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cook for a few more minutes on each side.
Pour lemon juice over both sides of chicken, and continue cooking until juicy but no longer pink.
Remove from skillet, add garnishes, and enjoy while hot!
