Kimchi Sriracha Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Homemade Mayo

• 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced

• 2 tablespoons Kimchi Sriracha Ketchup

• 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice or Sipping ACV

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Store in the fridge in a lidded jar. For best results, allow flavors to blend overnight!
