RECIPES from the Garden
Ingredients:
Butter or oil
Onions, diced
Bell peppers, diced
Chayote squash, diced
Corn kernels
Cooked beans - kidney, black, and/or pinto
Dried oregano
Method:
1. Cook onion, bell peppers, and chayote squash in butter or oil until tender.
2. Add corn, beans, and spices, and cook until heated through and flavors meld together.
3. Serve hot or warm!
