Don’t you just love it when you bite into a piece of fried chicken and it just melts in your mouth, the juices ooze out and drip down your chin? We bet you normally eat overcooked, dry chicken. Well, that has to stop! In this dining experience, we offer you the opportunity to experience Fried Chicken the way the good Lord intended it to be. And we don’t stop there - we got all the fixins’!

It just wouldn’t be right to serve you amazing fried chicken without the traditional mashed potatoes and creamy gravy. Since we know how you appreciate good fried foods such as onion rings or fried zucchini, or maybe even okra, we’re gonna fix you up. You just relax.

But we don’t stop there. We’re gonna throw down a good veggie dish the day of your dining with our freshest ingredients. Because we never know what will be ripe on the vine, we don’t know until we harvest the day of the event what the exact dish will be, but it will always come with lots of garden fresh herbs. We reckon you’ll love every bite!

Shock your palate with the true and surprising flavors of a large variety of fresh greens in your own beyond organic salad.  Enjoy with a plethora of other vegetables, herbs and artisan salad surprises, including homemade artisan vinegars from our Uber Dank Pantry and a variety of handcrafted dressings.  Every bite is a unique experience of its own, as diners are wowed by the intensity and different flavors of green, and individual bite combinations!

Whipped Potatoes and Cream Gravy

Fluffy whipped potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Simple, just the way momma used to make. Served with homemade creamy, chicken gravy.

A mix of wild and cultivated seasonal vegetables and herbs from our garden.  Perfectly seasoned to pair beautifully with chicken and potatoes.
