Candida Cleanse - Week 1 vs Week 2 Side Effects

We followed a protocol using 100% Gum Spirits of Turpentine to safely, effectively, gently, and relatively quickly eradicate candida overgrowth, and we want to share our success!

We experienced tangible improvements every single day on our candida cleanse! We want to show how greatly die off symptoms can be reduced just from week 1 to week 2. This is the frequency of symptoms throughout our whole community:

We experienced more occurrences of side effects during the first week vs. the second week. With the exceptions of muscle aches, diarrhea, and increased appetite on the days off the cleanse, everything else trended downward.

As your body detoxes and gets closer to balanced gut & overall health, effects of cleansing are decreased.

We have seen first hand during this cleanse that someone who is much healthier overall has drastically lower side effects compared to someone very toxic. • Really good overall health

• Great mental stature

• Carries a large amount of responsibility in the community

• Strong emotional stability

• Physically fit

• Does not exercise regularly

• The last few years has not been too overly concerned with what is consumed in this person's diet

• Age is mid 30's

• This person started out with a lower urine pH test in the low 6.0 range

Eden Knight 10 -

• Rather poor overall health

• Large amounts of mental trauma over the last 10+ years

• Has very little responsibility in the community

• Occasional bouts of strong feelings like sadness, possible issues with PTSD

• Has gained strides in physical fitness since coming to the GOE but overall not very physically fit

• Does not exercise regularly

• Diet has been very bad for years. Diet has been much better while doing cleanse, but feels a strong urge for sugars on off days.

• Age is mid 40's

• pH started out in the low 6.0 range at the beginning of cleanse

• Large amounts of mercury toxicity

• Daily smoker
