Quinn shares wisdom and enlightenment during his weekly Enlightened Exposure classes at the Garden of Eden.
Are you deliberately tuning in, or are you just getting by?
Most people are not asking themselves on a moment to moment basis, "What is my vibrational frequency, and how can I shift it?"
I don't believe in absolutes, but most people are just living life. You rarely, if ever, witness people taking deep, conscious, reset breaths at the grocery stores or at parties. Most people maintain habitual routines. Automatic programming carries them through the day, and they repeat patterns:
and recreating the same relationships, using the same words, thinking the same thoughts, and operating from the same (dysfunctional) beliefs.
☞ How's that working out for you? ☜
This can be difficult to acknowledge, especially for people living less than ideal lives. That means that it's our fault. That means that we are responsible for it.
that give away your power.
If we experience something, then we ARE in alignment with it.
Who hasn't had a relationship where you really like someone, enjoy being with them, and think they are a fantastic person; and then you do a one-eighty where you don't like them, don't want to be around them, and think they are a lowly and disdainful person when you get into a bad mood. Or vice versa, being in a relationship with someone who is loving, kind and calm in one moment and angry, judgmental and erratic the next.
It's in your own best interest to vibrate in a feeling of inspiration, or hope, or freedom! These are high vibrational frequencies. Anything is possible! There's more than enough of everything!
If there's something we don't like, judgment isn't the way. As soon as you feed that energetic of judgement, your vibration aligns with darkness. The solution is to activate inside of yourself a vibration or feeling of acceptance, hope, gratitude, love, and infinite well-being.
Everyone who judges believes that they are right and just in their judgement. Yet as long as you hold those beliefs of right and wrong, your own energetic frequency is subject to perpetual reaction to your surroundings, and therefore also to the unconscious low-level vibrations that are an automatic result of judgement itself.
You have to let go of judgment if you ever want to consciously vibrate. Otherwise, you can't consciously vibrate; you are subject to the reaction of your idea. Your idea is pre-determining, is dictating your vibration.
If you believe that something, or a certain kind of person, is inherently wrong or bad, then as soon as you see or hear anything related to that, then you automatically fall into judgment.
Most people don't think that's a bad thing, because it's already justified in their belief system. "I'm justified in being angry. I'm justified in being upset. I'm justified in my judgment. I'm justified in my condemnation, because it's wrong!"
On one hand, I'm grateful for the support, but on the other hand, they're still in that vibration of judgment! They're still activating these vibrations of darkness and are now manifesting experiences that are in alignment with that. Just because they're on the side of freedom doesn't mean that they're vibrating at a level of ecstatic bliss, or joy, hope, fulfillment, or abundance! They're still vibrating at the low frequency of judgement.
What do you do if there's a roach? Kill it!
What do you do if there's a mouse? Kill it!
What do you do if there's a mosquito? Kill it!
What do you do if there's a plant you don't want in your garden? Kill it!
What do you do if there's trees in a place you want to put a 400,000 square foot home? Cut 'em down!
What do you do if there's a forest where you want to build a factory? Cut it down!
The question is do you want to be a virus, or not? Is that your purpose? Are you here to get upset or angry, condemn, fight, attack, and kill? Is that what you really want, or not? Just because you are living this way now, doesn't mean you have to be! But you can't not be it until you acknowledge and take responsibility that you are it.
Religions talk about an all-perfect state called "Heaven", but as soon as you have it every single day, it's not that anymore! The breath is a perfect example. You don't even think about it, you don't realize how great it is and how grateful you are until you don't have it! You're doing it all the time, so it's boring, it's not a big deal...until you tape a plastic bag over your head, then you would do anything to get it off and take that next breath!
Pleasure is sometimes misunderstood as a means to feel good. The alcoholic, for example, drinking is actually a distraction. It feels pleasurable, but it's a fleeting, momentary fix. They're trying to fill themselves with something else.
TV and music can be the same way. If you can't feel good without any distraction or stimulation, without doing something or having something, you're not really empowered or fulfilled.
Peace and acceptance are much more powerful: "Woah, that's really happening right now! That's really coming through me right now!" As soon as you judge or fear or resist it, you're activating more karma, activating more energy, activating more negative vibration. Plus, if you project a "good" thought, you're not really taking responsibility for, letting go of, or making peace with whatever it is. You're just masking with another layer that keeps you from truly evolving.
It's way healthier to admit, "I feel really fucking bad! Life really sucks right now, I feel angry and upset, and that's the way it is, so fuck you!" rather than to feel bad and fake a smile or say, "I feel good, I'm having a great day." That's not addressing the issue at all. You're pretending to be something that you "have" to be, because you have judgment on what you're really being!
Let them go if they do not serve your sustainable wellbeing.
Purposefully choose to feel good for the sake of feeling good!
Anything IS possible.
True freedom requires true responsibility- responsibility IS the gateway to freedom!
Be Aware of who and what you really are, at the many layers of your being.
Accept yourself. Accept what IS.
Be at peace with the truth even if it is an inconvenient or dark truth.
Take responsibility- no matter what the circumstances are, we must find it within ourselves to shift our own relationships to ourselves and our world. Stop justifying your judgements, stop feeding your stories, stop making excuses, and stop involving yourself in realities that are not enjoyable or conducive to wellbeing.
